How Do We Eliminate Problem Odors?

Ultraviolet radiation will energize  oxygen right from the air into a potent deodorizer  called Photonic Oxygen.  That does sound a little like founder Joe Chasko's doctoral research in nuclear chemistry. Now, you don’t have to be a nuclear chemist to solve home odor problems – but it sure doesn’t hurt! In Joe's own words:

We needed a solution to strong odors of smoking and cooking in my childhood home, after a year as a rental.  Was there an effective way to eliminate these problems? Research revealed that ultraviolet light (UV) was the secret. UV photons  energize the oxygen we breathe, like our sun does in the stratosphere. This generates Photonic Oxygen gas, a powerful and short-lived sterilizer that literally  destroys odors. The family was so excited with how well it worked for us that I founded Smoke-Busters to serve real estate professionals.

How does UV remove odors?

Technicians use powerful UV light to circulate Photonic Oxygen throughout the home. This penetrates walls, floors, ceilings, A/C ducts and furnishings to remove odors. Then it dissipates back to pure oxygen as odors and mold just fade away. This clears homes of all kinds of  living odors for quicker rental or sale. 

Note: Photonic Oxygen is different from ordinary “ozone.” It is powerful like industrial ozone, but the very pure form gives better results without the unpleasant and corrosive residue. This residue of nitric acid remains after treatment with the typical ozone machine.
